We rented one of the Edco concrete grinders and vacuum to remove mastic left behind after removing wood laminate flooring. The single head Edco grinder circuit breaker got hot and went bad on us; I think the mastic was getting hot and the cutter was having a hard time getting through it. Anyway, I had to take it back. Alex exchanged it for the dual head Edco grinder and gave me an adjustment on my bill; charged us for 1/2 day. The dual head Edco grinder was the right tool for the job. Rented pressure washer from these guys 05/27/16. Picked it up at 7:30a and hose busted and pressure washer was leaking. They replaced the hose and pressure washer and the second one didn't work either. Sent someone over to try and repair it and finally brought a 3rd pressure washer @ 2pm that worked. When I returned the equipment I was told I would not be charged and would be refunded, even got it in writing. I have reached out to them 3 times, 2 of the times I was told it was being handled. Spoke with a representative that guaranteed the piece of equipment I was needing, and said that there would be a hold placed on it for me. I go to rent this equipment, pay my money, and then find out they do not even have it in stock. This company costed me half of a day worth of work and money. Also no one is on the same page at this business. Will carry my business elsewhere.
