I came in yesterday to see if the attorney could help me with a legal matter. I didn't speak to him, but someone on his staff came and listened to me dump all of my life's troubles on her. She was sweet and patient, and even though what I was asking for wasn't something this office handles she didn't cut me off or rush me out but listened and gave me referrals for other attorneys. She clearly had empathy and represented Mr. Nickel's office well.
Was a great help to me with some legal questions and then helped us set up a trust.
Nat is a good lawyer and a good man. He does Debt Defense, Estate Planning, Veteran Benefits, and general law. Don't forget to offer him a jovial insult, its the only way he knows he's appreciated.
Nat: Even though not representing us, assisted with advice/referrals, and generally showed care without a need/or maybe a want to do. Refreshing in today's day and age of lawyer speak/actions/charges. Thank you.
