Really awful return policy for item that was damaged when received as a gift (back fell off a post creating upon taking out of gift box). I had given as a gift and by the time recipient attempted to wear, got the item returned back to me and I drove to the store to exchange (they had replacement on the floor for sale), I was told it was too late and no exchange could occur.
