My experience with their service was a 5; however, calling in and wanting to pay the very next morning and being told I could not and then receiving a rude and inaccurate letter stating their attempt to contact me numerous times, when in fact I had NEVER received an invoice, coupled with A THREAT TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS, just doesn't cut it.
