Place is never clean, trash in halls and all over property outside. People let their pets defecate in the building and landscaping and never clean it up. The security box out front never works. The building has been vandalized and spray painted, kids skateboarding in the parking lot around cars. I have at least 8 violations that the landlord/management company have violated.
