Very communicative and helpeful, Dexter was fantastic in setting us up for a self guided tour of the property and through every step of the leasing process. Quick to respond and amazing. Would recommend again!
Very unprofessional. Provided move out cleaning services to a family and was informed that they weren’t receiving their deposit after the move out clean. Their homes are in terrible condition and they don’t mind letting their clients live with sewage leaks and many other problems. Avoid at all costs.
Scammers!!!! The property management does poor repairs and then will keep all of your security deposit by nit picking items that should be normal wear and tear. They will try and convince you that you need to buy the property or move out. They are scammers and should be avoided unless you want to move every time the owner decides they are going to sell it just to keep your security deposit.
Dexter was extremely helpful in the process and kept in direct contact with me the whole time.
Dexter was great help.
