I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone that worked on our home. We recently had our sump pump drainage rerouted out to the street. Everyone was respectful, helpful, informative and the work ended up looking almost seemless. Even our neighbors commented on the great work and clean up. I had been looking into a drainage system for my downspouts. Charlie was super responsive and gave me a very price effective estimate. He got the ball rolling and the work has already been completed. He and his team had it done in one day, and the grass looks great. I almost can’t even tell where they dug because the grass was laid back in the same place! Nickel City is the place to go for any waterproofing concerns!

Was supposed to have concrete work done in 2020 that needed to get pushed back to 2021. They promised me I’d be first out in spring, then they pushed me to June now I can’t get a call back to save my life.

I contacted the owner charlie to give an estimate on running a new sump pump line from the house to the street and he came out the next day was very professional and knowledgeable and gave a great price. Came out about a week and a half later to do the job and was in and out same day and you can barley tell they were here! These guys were great!
