Had a great experience with Nick Tracey Roofing. They figured out the source of a roof leak, which ended up being a faulty skylight, and also helped install new bathroom vents. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Brian was awesome. He came by, checked things out, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate, and answered all my questions without rushing anything. I work as a GC for construction renovation projects. Finding someone that you can trust and that can take on challenging situations is tough. Nick Tracey was one of the most affordable quotes, but I would never go anywhere else because you can't beat the quality of the materials, the communication or the workmanship especially at that price. Excellent tradesmen, great to work with, they exceeded my expectations!
We own a historic home (circa 1790) that needed a new roof. We thought at first we were just replacing the asphalt shingles and cedar shakes. What we soon discovered was the original roof structure was also completely rotted out. Nick Tracey was amazing in responding immediately and sourcing local barn wood that was the same as the original structure. They had the new structure built and the lid on the roof in three days.
