They replaced my roof in September 2025, did a fantastic job but with all the snow we have had, my roof leaked again. I reached out to my contact and a team was sent out first thing Monday morning and the problem was with ice dams. Nick Tracy Roofing is the only roofing company you need. They are great to work with and if you have a problem, they are there for you. Thank you Nick Tracy Roofing, I wish I could give you an infinite amount of stars!!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with Nick Tracey Roofing and Exteriors. I had a few companies come out to quote replacing my siding, including Nick Tracey based on the number of five star reviews . They were the most expensive quote, and when I asked the rep about the price discrepancy he stated they would never be the cheapest, but it’s because they do the best work. Had a great experience with Nick Tracey Roofing. They figured out the source of a roof leak, which ended up being a faulty skylight, and also helped install new bathroom vents. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Brian was awesome. He came by, checked things out, explained what needed to be done, gave an estimate, and answered all my questions without rushing anything. I work as a GC for construction renovation projects. Finding someone that you can trust and that can take on challenging situations is tough. Nick Tracey was one of the most affordable quotes, but I would never go anywhere else because you can't beat the quality of the materials, the communication or the workmanship especially at that price.
