While its nice to be able to report a perfect experience, mine was rocky. I had my house re-sided and replaced my deck Unfortunately there was an issue with a sub contractor. The company's response is what earned a 5 star review. I dealt with Vincenso who was excellent in dealing with the sub contractor we started with. They have since been terminated. Ricky and the crew were as professional as a team can be. There was absolutely no evidence that they were at my home aside from the fact that I had a brand new roof!
Thursday the Nick Tracey Roofing company showed up.. at 7 am and left at 7 pm. a crew of 11 with Chris the foreman and his crew.. over 4000 Sq feet including the 2 level detached garage.. Showed up professional and didnt stop till it was done... one day is all it took.. the day after porta-potty and dumpster picked up.. not one issue with delivery install or pickup.. BEWARE- I met these guys at a home show in Belmont NH. They scheduled a visit to assess my skylight that afternoon after the show. Project Manager Azael even sent me a text during our meeting at the show to ensure he had my correct phone number. I followed up later in the day to confirm timing. They never showed up, and never responded. They completely blew me off. Why schedule a visit and then go dark? What a bunch of loosers.
Nick Tracey did a great job from start to finish. At time of quote, Brian was very helpful and explained everything. From how the process works, to all materials used. In less than 24 hrs we had the quote. We added some upgrades they offered and Brian updated the quote in less than a hour. Project itself took two days.
