They were wonderful. I had a seiko watch that stopped working. The repair guy couldn’t fix it so they sent it back to the company and they sent me a new watch just like the one I had. All the employees I dealt with were extremely helpful and professional.
Nick T's has been the go to jewelry store for my family for years (40+). They have a beautiful selection and do custom work. They are working on a ring for me now. I appreciated their kindness and patience as we worked through the details of designing the piece. Their professionalism and workmanship is outstanding and I can't wait to see the finished product.
