We had another great experience working with Nick. This is our third time working with him, and once again he was extremely responsive, diligent, and reliable throughout the entire process. Nick and Kira went above and beyond — they were patient, supportive, and did everything possible to help mom find and close on her new place. After being ghosted by a few agents in South Florida looking to purchase an apartment with specific details, I connected with Nick and his team by chance, through a Yelp pop up ad of all things! They were wonderful from the get-go. Professional, excellent communication and really on top of the transaction.
