I think the people with the negative reviews of waiting do not understand how the medical field works. You may have an appointment, but everyday doctors and dentists get emergency appointments that somehow have to be treated.

I went to Dr. McGuire's office after having to switch after getting new dental coverage. I arrived and the young man at the front desk was very professional, but when I was called in by the dental asst. (I assume) she didnt speak to me until she had me on the chair. She took Xrays and it was the first time that butterfly xrays really hurt... and I told her so, and that seemed to fall on deaf ears.
