Nick! What a great man and guy to work with. I was recommended to Nick by a family member a couple of years ago when I bought my co-op in Bay Ridge. Great neighborhood and place but my family grew quickly. Nick was right on it with open houses and getting me the best deal possible for my place. We first met and dealt with Nick around 20 years ago when we bought our coop in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. Nick was already amazing. I will always have fond memories of the way Nick interacted with my Mom and brother. When it was time to sell the unit, it was a no brainer to contact Nick. I cannot recommend Nick highly enough! He is extremely meticulous, plays a lot of attention to details, knows the specifics of the neighborhood and utilizes this knowledge very effectively.
