Replaced 2 front shocks in my car. Somehow he stripped the bolt holding the lower control arm. So instead of fixing the control arm, he pushed through a 4 inch bolt and used 3 nuts as spacers before adding a nut. The whole thing was loose, bent, and could have resulted in a serious accident or death. I have videos and pictures of this abysmal work.
Crap quality parts won’t do anything to help throws you off hopefully no one else uses this guy
I knew what I needed and booked via Autoguru. Nick came up with stellar reviews so I chose to go with him. Couldn't have been happier. I don't know much about the mechanics of cars (tech wise I'm good) but am learning. I knew I needed new brake pads which is what I booked for. He called advising that I'd need to pair it up with new rotors too especially on the Euros. Being an older car I agreed and I couldn't have been happier.
