Nick was awesome! I was looking for a new construction house. You don’t always think you need a realtor for that, but you do! Nick doesn’t just help find me my dream house, he helped me figure out everything between! The financials, closing and all. He was patient, and made buying a house much less stressful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house!
Nick is amazing. One property sold and one purchased with him. Our little fixer upper had a quick and smooth transaction. Has good eye for beauty and gave us great tips on adding value to the home with small budget and little elbow grease. He is very knowledgeable and puts so much care and urgency to your needs. Purchasing was just as easy. He follows up and follows thru to make sure every party from lender, to title company is on the same page. Smooth, easy and caring.
