Nick was excellent to work with. Our entire sales process was quite lengthy. We lived in the house for 37 years and accumulated a lot of "stuff." We initially contacted Nick in August of 2025. We closed on April 22, 2026. Along the way there were many discussions about what needed to be done and timing to prepare our property for sale.
