Nick exceeded expectations as my real estate agent. He managed to negotiate for seller credits that lowered my overall closing costs. He was also very responsive to any and all questions (I had a lot) and would always respond in a prompt manner regardless if it was early in the morning or later in the evening. If you are in the market for a real estate agent who would be your best advocate, Nick is your guy!

Nick is a great guy! If you're looking for someone who is professional, friendly and has your best interests at heart - then he is the guy. He’s not your typical real estate agent and will never puh you to do anything you don't want to do as a client.
