Having moved from New Hampshire to the Myrtle Beach area, we decided to rent for a year prior to buying. Once we decided this was our retirement destination, we contacted Nick (really liked his videos and approach to working with clients). He was extremely helpful in finding our dream home, closing, movers, and understanding the neighborhood pluses and minuses. 5 Stars across the board for this young man!!!!!

Nick was awesome to work with. My family used him when they made their move from Indiana to Myrtle Beach in 2023 and there was no doubt that I would use him as well. Nick will find you the perfect house. Nick is patient, listens, make suggestions and willing to roll up his sleeves to go to work for you. If Nick feels it's something he's not able to do or unfamiliar with, he does not have a problem speaking up. Nick always goes above and beyond for his clients.
