RecommendedWe purchased a JUKI leather sewing machine from Nick-O-Sew. I never used one before so I needed some help. I called in and Hunter not only was amazing in helping me but he even checked back in with me later to make sure everything was okay. He really went above and beyond to help and I can not recommend them enough.
Nick was an awesome fella worked me a good deal. And even delivered the to me.
We ordered 3 machines months ago. We were told they were sitting on their loading dock 4 weeks ago and they just had to make shipping arrangements. Now we still don't have the machines and they won't answer our calls. This is not a way to treat customers.
I purchased an Adler 268 which was sold as rebuilt, so I paid $800 more than used machines I found. I was told "we go completely through it, and replace anything that's worn." so it seemed like money well spent. They also agreed to include a guide foot rather than a standard foot. At the same time I paid $75 for a standard flat foot, just to have. Once in my possession, inspection showed that no part of this machine was rebuilt, from filthy internals, to sloppy linkage, to one hook gear is stripped - which they won't replace... read more
