Nick and his team facilitated an enormous clean-out, renovation, listing, and sale process for my aunt’s estate’s Eugene apartment. He was referred to me by the estate’s attorney. Nick’s communication was prompt, professional, courteous, and always accurate. He is eminently fair, knowledgeable about the area and comps, and articulate. Even though this was a small dollar-amount transaction, Nick treated me with complete responsiveness and dignity. 10/10 would sell again (or buy) with Nick and his team.

Working with Nick Nelson on our home buying journey was a treat!
