Employees were very friendly! But I got my car checked for a weird sound and I was quoted $3800 for repairs and it could be done that day. I took the printed summary to my dad’s mechanic and he laughed at the quoted price and then made the repairs for $700 and my dad did the other repairs for $400. As someone who always goes to dealerships for services and knows little about cars, I’m glad I got a second opinion.
WOW, Anthony was amazing! Need a vehicle, GO THERE!!
What an outstanding experience! Robert Murphy and the team made everything so effortless. After visiting five other dealerships, I decided to make my purchase here because of the exceptional staff and welcoming atmosphere. Despite driving an hour to see an Explorer, Robert kindly addressed all my questions before I even made the trip. There was never any pressure throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Nick Mayer Ford West for all your vehicle needs!
