Rude beyond belief. I’m glad others have managed to find good representation through this group. I spoke to a receptionist for Mr. Cotten on the phone, she was very abrupt and dismissive, but she got me the info I needed to contact Grier. Grier’s assistant was very polite, but Grier himself was extremely rude, disruptive, and barely let me explain what I had to say before dismissing my entire perspective via phone.
