There were many strange circumstances with the situation around the buyer for our property. These led to several extensions of our contract, a change of their realator, and lenders. In fact the first seller’s realator was under FBI investigation. Nick kept us up to date on ongoing difficulties and helped us until the property was sold. I would be comfortable recommending him to friends.
