My wife and I are from Chicagoland and had been searching on our own for a second home on St Pete Beach. Upon finding one we liked on Zillow we made an inquiry and were so fortunate that Nick was the agent that responded. My son and I happened to be in St Pete for a work conference the next week and asked Nick if he might show us the home and any others we might be interested in.
