Great, purchased my third leased car from them, wonderful people to deal with. Just got my fourth leased car from them, 2024 Trax, love it, and love doing business with them
I brought my car to the collision center for rework because my windshield was making a tapping sound. I had taken it prior to 2 other places & they didn’t fix or care where the noise was coming from. I contacted Joe, the manager, he was very nice & helpful he suggested I bring my car there. Went in knowing what the issue was with my vehicle as I researched the symptoms and found a TSB that applied specifically to the make/model/year of my truck. I made an appointment online and dropped my truck off about a week later. When I dropped it off, I provided the TSB and the symptoms I was experiencing. I got a call shortly thereafter to let me know I was out of warranty, which was a nice call (I already knew this but it was nice of them to call and let me know). Horrible custo.er service: My mother bought a car from here, and she needed air in the tires, and they wanted to charge her 150$! Completely outrages. I told her not to buy a Chevy, but she wouldn't listen to me. Mopar or no car!
