Had everything scheduled for over a week on July 4th. No calls or status updates for a simple inspection. Reached out an hour before closing on July 4th and all phone numbers to not have a single person answer the phone. July 5th, no one reached out for a status update and Angela had no idea what was going on. Angela called back and supposedly no one was even available July 4th, which is crazy because the gentleman that I spoke to on June 26th at 2:19PM scheduled me for July 4th. I went in with two issues and one of them they told me would be solved by “updating” the computer system. I’m not sure how a jerking feeling when accelerating can be solved by an update. The second issue I am hearing grinding noises and they insisted they did not hear it so what they can’t hear they can’t fix. On to my next dealership to see if they have anymore knowledge.
Do not go here for car repairs. They stacks charges that shouldn't be charged and charge too much for parts.
