We get there are supply issues, but really! Get all the parts, then schedule it in. We spent literally 100's of dollars on rentals, loss of wages, etc. Then finally we got a loaner car, and the sales manager harassed Jeff for the return of it even though we still we not have the truck back. The only choice seemed to boil down to taking it to a Toyota dealership at my expense. I was very upset because it would be hard to swing more out of pocket expense. But Jeff continued to work with me and showed compassion and going the extra mile. I am grateful for his concern to make this right for me. 5 Star : Returned Clean
