Nick was a real professional, perfectionist, kind, and caring. It shows through the process of getting the house ready, the sale itself, and when finalizing the details of transferring it to the new owners. It was a real pleasure to work with him, and if I ever needed a realtor again, I definitely choose Nick.
This was the third time we have bought a house, having used different agents for each one. We haven’t had an agent as quick to communicate and as hard working as Nick! He walked us through the current market dynamics and helped us find and close on our home - he was easily accessible and very knowledgeable about the area.
