BOUGHT MY HOUSE AND AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY FROM NICK, I GOT NOTHING BUT BEST OF THE BEST REVIEW TO GIVE. SOLD MY HOUSE WITHIN 48 HOURS 2 YEARS AGO GOT ME OVER WHAT I WANTED FOR THE HOUSE. WANNA SELL OR BUY CALL HIM.
Nick is very professional and understood our needs when selling our home. He went above and beyond when it came to the photos, the listing, the negotiation and the finalization. Right up to the closing he was there for us, answering questions and helping us get through the process. If I could give more stars I would.
As always (a number of sales and purchases together), Nick was effective at getting the job done and managing all of our needs in a positive manner. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
