I spoke with Agent Anna and I had a great experience. She has patience, knowledge and good understanding of her position. It has been a long week of looking for great reates on car insurance. I was frustrated and irritated. Then came across Anna who has the expertise and compassion that was needed. She went over the policies in detail. It wasn't over after I chose a policy, she waited on the phone to ensure I could assess my policy information. What a breath of fresh air to have agent who is passionate.
Anna was pleasant and courteous and a people person. She was great in explaining the insurance to me. I recommend Anna for insurance.
