My 89 yr old grandmother was in the Buick service department to get her car fixed on Monday. The service manager, Brian was very rude to her. First, he told her that someone would take her home when the part came in for her car. She received a phone call that the part was in so she could bring the car back up. Your service department is absolutely horrific!
I bought an 07 Dodge Charger hemi they never informed me that it had blown heads they had dumped this chemical in it to try to stop it from leaking it clogged all the hoses so 3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle i put 5000 into the engine!!! I do not recommend anyone to go to this business they are scam artists and they lie , completely lie we also purchase insurance through them and it don't cover a f****** thing all they did is rip me off and steal every penny I had and I'm still making payments on a broke down vehicle th... read more
