One of the best experiences we have had buying a new vehicle. Our sales person was Aaron and he was great to work with. We had a diesel f250 and wanted to move back to gas and make sure we could get a truck that could still pull our 5th wheel trailer. They had one that was loaded with everything we needed and Aaron worked with us without much back and forth like most times when in negotiations. We love our new truck and would highly recommend Nick Abraham Ford. Love the fact that they work with St. Jude also.
Bait and switch. Was offered a price on a used 2023 bronco sport, shown the listing confirming the price. Took a test drive and when we sat down to start paperwork, the general manager claimed it was "priced wrong" and tacked on an additional $2,300. He refused to honor the price they themselves had listed and quoted.
If you’re looking for GREAT customer service, look no further! Purchased a new F150 from Westlake Ford and within 6 months the heat stopped working completely - on the coldest day of the year. When I talked to the service department, I was told I could schedule an appointment for a few days later, and to get a loaner vehicle could take “weeks”.
