I'm very pleased with the service
This place made it easy buying a truck several months ago when my car was totaled see I wanted to go back to a truck but let me tell you there was an issue that came up upon my first service visit and they did not let me feel like it was my fault at all and they owned it The service leader who helped me out was terrific too man I feel like I was taken very good care of. Thanks guys I will be returning back for sales and service .
Phenomenal Dealership, I helped my father purchase a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 with 2k miles online. At first glance, when I called the dealership, I was transferred to Shannon, and she was on the job immediately. She is very professional & well-spoken. She knew everything about this truck & provided all the documentation we needed to have to come take a look at it & purchase it. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from Nick Abraham Auto Mall the have employees like Reed who treated on of my dearest friend horribly and got away with it! Cheated on her! Mentally and physically put my friend threw hell convinced her things were OK he did to her that was not! Putting his hands on her and trying to justify it and acted like it did not happen! I have heard phone calls of his saying horrible things!
