DO NOT USE NICHOLSON YACHTS!! What was supposed to be an amazing trip in Croatia turned out to be a nightmare! 5 days into our trip we asked our rep, Kay West, at Nicholson Yachts to release our tip to the crew that we had wired using her instructions via email. Kay called and said she never received the wires. The wires had been sent 7 days prior and she never notified us that she had not received them. I strongly advise against using Nicholson Yachts due to their poor customer service, especially when issues arise. Our recent experience was deeply frustrating and stressful. Here’s a summary of what happened: Nicholson Yachts' email system, managed by our yacht representative Kay West, was compromised. We received fraudulent wire instructions and sent our tip payment as directed. As a charterer through Nicholson Yacht Charters, I have nothing but the best to say about how myself and my wife and our group were treated by Karen Shea. She is very professional in organizing all the details that makes sure, a person has a good experience, given how expensive charters can be. We have spent money with other charter companies, only to be disappointed. Name withheld for security.

Karen Kelly is at the top of the list for brokers we have worked with for many years. She is very good at what she does - resourceful, excellent attention to detail, patient with any and all requests, trustworthy. Besides that, she is just an all around nice and generous person.
