I've been to this place about 4-5 times and I've been completely satisfied with the service. Will has helped me out a lot for most of those visits, from simple chain adjustments to having a damage estimate when someone knocked over my bike one day. There's a reason why this place has such great reviews and I highly recommend you stop by here for any of your bike concerns or needs. Definitely my go to place hands down.
Had been hearing an odd clanking noise on my bike that was increasingly concerning. I'm fairly protective of my bike and had bad experiences at the dealer so I brought it to Nichols who I've always heard good things about. He was able to see me with a couple days and knew almost immediately the issue and fixed it in less than an hour without charging me (turned out to only be a loose chain and a wonky tire position). Don't think I could've asked for better!!! Will obviously be back.
Great service and very professional, went in for a rear brake check on my 796 and William was able to help me right away. Highly recommend them!
Had my Ducati 848 Evo in for its major service and Nichols Sport Bikes was great! William really knows his stuff. Bike feels, sounds and looks as good as new. It took a few days but you can't rush perfection.
Just wanted to thank William for a fast and easy repair for my 2004 ktm 950. There were some issues with the bike from lack of care on the previous owner. William got the starter and stator replaced in no time and so far she's been running like new! Thank you William for a great job, friendly attitude, and all the help and advice.
