Owes our company thousands of dollars! Untrustworthy. It's been over a year and still have not been paid for work. If you go with Mitchell Pool's be sure to get LEAN RELEASES because they do not pay their subs!
I wish it was possible to get the negatives. He left my pool unfinished and never fixed any of my items I was upset about. The pool was not per plan. He left the job without installing all the equipment I paid for. I never got my pool vac and this day my stonewall is not operational After I spent several thousand dollars in addition to the money I paid him to complete the pool I started getting bills from all the contractors he never paid. As the leins pour in I can not believe I am paying for this pool twice.
Tim started out great. I agree, he built us a beautiful pool. UNTIL THE END....I HAD to hire his Electrician that he never paid to move The Hayward panel 1’ over so I COULD GET CITY OF HOUSTON FINAL which I HAD TO PERMIT and PAY FOR! He called in NO FINALS, NONE. Music we had in common....But one day... he just stopped coming to house to tend to business. He would not answer phone calls and then BLOCKED our numbers! We have found a terrific pool guy since. We learned a big lesson.
