Had a great experience with Alun cleaning up my computer. Things now work smoother and faster. The customer service was very good.
Alun did a great job in getting my laptop working again. Put in a new solid state hard drive, and got everything important transferred to it from the old hard drive. In addition he is pleasant to deal with. I would use his services again and recommend him highly.
Not open on the weekend. Did get back to me about the phone glitch. They are local, so I'll be giving them another chance.
Our company has been using Nichols PC Help by subscription for a few years. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to punch in a toll-free number or send an email and get a callback from a nerd. Ryan and Alun are the best.
