Very poor communication. Does not service what he sells. Pulled in many directions so cannot provide timely responses. Promises dates to complete or start work and pushes them out. Incomplete work at my home including leaving in my basement a water pressure tank I had replaced by Jason. He did make sure to take my two old burners however for spare parts. I called Nichols Mechanical because I had a hot water boiler that was not working properly. He was very up front in telling me that he would try to get to me ASAP, but that he had several break downs that he was already working on. He made time to come early on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. He had 1 of the components he needed but said the other part needed ordered from the manufacturer, and that this particular manufacturer is typically kinda slow in getting parts out. I called and explained my situation to the person who answered the phone (Jason). He was super friendly and nice. He offered to come out, give his advise and get me a quote for what he thought could fix the problem. They were busy, but said he could come out in a week and start the process. I said the wait was fine, and I would see him on Tuesday. He never showed up, he never called to say they were behind, he never called to apologize.
