Dr. Nichols and his staff provided friendly, professional, pain free service. I would recommend without reservation.
Before my procedure, Dr. Nichols staff put very little if any effort into verifying my dental insurance coverage. After they had me strapped in the chair and just before they put me to sleep, they demanded full payment from me up front. I paid them cash in full and filed a claim with my insurance company. The insurance company, as they always do, screwed up my payment and sent it to Nichols. I still am waiting weeks later for my money from Nichols. Incompetence or a scam, either is unacceptable.
