Never Came To Help! Was told it would be about 45 Minutes to get me into my vehicle and they never showed up. After calling 3 times and no response I gave up and called someone else.

VERY SATISIFIED THANK YOU I was locked out of my house and it was extremely cold. I called Nichols Lock and Security and with minutes they were there to help me. I was in my house and warm again. Wonderful Service!!!! I was broken into tonight I called Nichols they came right out to replace my broken lock and change my keys for me. The gentleman that came out was extremely understanding of my situation. The price was very fair for the work that they did. Thank you you guys have a customer for life!! Highly recommended

locked out I was locked out of my car at the grocery store, I called and they said they would be there in about 15-20 minutes. They got there in about 10 minutes and the gentleman had me in my car in less than a minute . Very courteous and respectful also very affordable. Would recommend this company to anyone .

a big help locked myself out of the house we had just moved into, called these guys and it was a great experience. the tech ran a little lat but called me and kept in touch about the set back with a previous call, when he did show, he was fast and courteous, even cut an extra key to help me out. highly recommend them to my friends..

Thank you!! I've been associated with Nichols Lock & Security for well over 35 years and knew Bob Nichols who started Nichols Lock $ Security along with his wife. I am ashamed that dex allows such slanderous comments to be published. The Nichols have never owned or operated as a company in Phoenix ever. I don't understand why this young lady had to find it in herself to write this Fictitious complaint. I challenge anyone to stop by the store in Prescott or call on their mobile service to find any individuals that are as rude... read more
