We worked with Keith on our wills and cannot say enough good things about the experience. Keith was patient, thorough and thoughtful during the entire process. Our family has worked with him on multiple occasions and would continue to recommend his services.
Would definitely steer clear this law office. No return responses for emails or phone calls unless you’re a high profile customer. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Nothing but bureaucracy with our power of attorney.
Lack of communication despite multiple follow up attempts over a period of two years. Responses did not include information on next steps and there was no indication that other options were considered. Overall an unpleasant, frustrating and costly experience.
