This is a bad place – They not only lost my wedding dress for 2 years, when they found it, someone had worn it and ripped the insides to shreds. My advice, don't take anything to Nichols Hills Cleaners that might be precious to you. Not only that I can't get ahold of the owner or manager about the issue. Bad business, bad customer service, and terrible to try to contact. Go somewhere else if you have the choice!
