A deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience. I normally do not write reviews, but my experience with this firm was so unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. This firm has exhibited a troubling pattern of conduct inconsistent with the duties imposed on attorneys under the Rules of Professional Responsibility. Communication with clients has been routinely delayed or disregarded, while demands for payment have been prompt and inflexible. My uncle is been a customer of Ms. Nichols for over 15 years. And today he wants to require her services, and we were told by the assistant Yolanda that the consultation of 1 hour costs $480.00 American Dollars and it has to be paid before. I think the services are overrated. Wow! My uncle feels upset for this.

Even as opposing counsel, I have found Pilar Nichols to be extremely professional and courteous during our interactions. While she advocates for her clients, she does it while maintaining the highest levels of ethics and professionalism. I am grateful when I see her representing the other side in a case we have together.
