DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! I am adding a picture of what I ordered and what was received. I ordered a sympathy bouquet online and when I was shown what had been delivered, I was speechless. For the amount of money that I paid, I would’ve expected a lot more. I could have gone to Walmart and grabbed random flowers from their case and thrown in a Dollar Tree vase and it would’ve saved me money and looked better. My daughter is working out of state and she ordered flowers from here to be delivered to Canadian School where I teach. She ordered roses for Valentines Day and placed the ordered days ahead of time. They were suppose to be delivered in the morning. They were delivered at 2:35 pm and the arrangement consisted of 3 pitiful looking carnations mixed with a few Shasta daisies. Were amazing!! Another Eufaula florist canceled a funeral standing wreath order day before the funeral, I called Nichols. They were super friendly and understanding. They made it a rush order to still get in time for the funeral for my husband's family. Wreath was BEAUTIFUL!! So appreciative!!
Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday last week, to be delivered to the school where she is a teacher today. Called at 2:45PM to find out the flowers were not delivered to the school. Call the floral department to be informed that they ran out of flowers due to Mother’s Day. Tina tried to fix the issue and delivered some flowers but no birthday balloon.
