Dr. Nichols and his hygienist Kristen are the best. So gentle and thorough. They noticed a scratch on my gum. They are always looking out for patients to catch any unforeseen issues. They make you feel very comfortable and at home during your time in the chair! Highly recommend!!
Very helpful staff, very professional, and service was on time without any delays. It’s great to see a practice that is driven by empathy and compassion and NOT driven by compensation and revenue. I always felt that Dr Nichols has my best interest as a priority.
I went there 1st time for cleaning and had a great experience. The hygienist was patient and made me comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Nichols reviewed all the x-rays and provided diagnosis and treatment plan. He also took his time answering all of my questions.
Started my day with crown work and was out and back to work. Always strive to make it a good experience!
I love the staff at Nichols Family Dentistry! My visits have been stress free and my concerns alleviated before my treatments started. The office is very empathetic with my personal anxiety of going to the dentist resulting from years of orthodontics.
