The staff are so incredibly kind and welcoming. I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and I’m so glad I’ve finally found a dentist I can trust. On top of that the cleanings are always a breeze!
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Will and the Nichols family dental staff. I have had a lot of dental work done throughout my life and I can say without a doubt this is the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Will and his assistant Maddie are so kind and gentle. Dr. Will is great at explaining the process of any work you need to have done. He truly cares about everyone's health as well as smile goals. I would LOVE to have given this office 5 stars, but I've had such a negative experience with the billing practices this office participates in, that I simply cannot. The dentist himself was an extremely pleasant guy, and really seemed to care about his patients, but the hygienists talked my wife into additional treatments that they KNEW insurance wasn't going to cover at all, but didn't bother mentioning that fact to her or me.
