I can't say enough good things about Dr. Will and the Nichols family dental staff. I have had a lot of dental work done throughout my life and I can say without a doubt this is the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr Will and his assistant Maddie are so kind and gentle. I would LOVE to have given this office 5 stars, but I've had such a negative experience with the billing practices this office participates in, that I simply cannot. The dentist himself was an extremely pleasant guy, and really seemed to care about his patients, but the hygienists talked my wife into additional treatments that they KNEW insurance wasn't going to cover at all, but didn't bother mentioning that fact to her or me. I highly recommend Nichols Family Dentistry to anyone who has dental anxiety like I do. Dr Will has a way of keeping you calm while he works his magic. The whole staff is great too! Super friendly and welcoming.
After spending decades at another dentist I moved over to Nichols Family Denistry. What a huge difference in quality care. It was like walking into a Time Machine with skill set and modern technology. This past week I had an issue and they responded immediately and got me in. I cannot think of a better place to be. Highly recommended!
