5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Got vehicle into the shop immediately. Repairs were satisfactory but noticed two issues that required the return of the vehicle. Misalignment required the adjustment of the front bumper and overspray of clear coat obscured the side mirror. Dropped of vehicle in the AM and both were corrected same day. 5 Star : Customer Service Nick was my rep.

1 Star : Likely to Recommend I have a nicely repaired front bumper with a painted over dent. To repair it now would be much more expensive. Representative didn’t really seem to care and I felt blamed for “not reminding them”. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality The quality of the repair was fine.
