Outstanding response from Paul when we had an issue with our thermostat. He responded right away and came over later in the day to look at our system. He was able to trace the issue and fixed it on the spot. Also reviewed our warranty and found it was still covered. We use Nichols for all of our plumbing needs! Highly recommend them!
