Needed to reinstall a softstart device in my heat pump, which had been incorrectly installed by an electrician. Dawson had never done this before, but took the time to figure it out and got the system working. I know how busy they are in the summer, so I really appreciate that he took the time to get the job done. This is the second time they’ have helped me with a complicated technical issue that others weren’t able to figure out. I highly recommend Nichols
