I don't know how this place is still in business. Still have business dealings like it was in 1940 with very rude and crude people that work there. Overcharging people nearly $1000 over what a Sectional goes for. Don't trust these people!! They will take an advantage of you and rob you in clear daylight.
Huge selection of furniture. A bit pricey but overall pretty good quality.
We had a good experience with Nicholls Furniture. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful, but most importantly not pushy. We were shopping for Lazy Boy brand, and remarkably this store was a lot cheaper than other stores for identical pieces and features. Definately check and compare at the least. I update after delivery.
Lift chair that’s very seldom used stopped working in first year. Associate talked with said this is a known problem. Still under warranty but charges $48.00 for shipping and handling for a new remote for it. Come on now ridiculous
I just made the second purchase here...had a very helpful salesman (Trent) who really helped with the selection. I do recommend this store....great selection!
