Nichole Potts in an amazing nurse practitioner. She really listens to her patients.
N Potts Was unprofessional during my 2nd visit. She had her staff change my name in their computer even though I showed my insurance cards. The staff apologized and was very nice. There were numerous tests to explain however I guess I’ll never know how they turned out. She was bent on falsifying and characterizing me. I gave her little doubt. Sometimes it’s just a bad fit. Please do not allow bullying seniors. It never makes one feel good about themselves.
