Very good overall. I came in for an annual physical and was instructed prior to my appointment to fast for appropriate lab work. When I checked in at the office, there didn’t seem to be any record of a required lab appointment. Therefore, I had to wait for the doctor’s order and then wait some more to take a turn. It seems the flow could be improved by anticipating the lab and creating a slot for lab work at the time the physical is scheduled.
