Dr Hansen-Cruz is a very caring Dr! I can message her and will get an answer on the portal. Her office will follow up with lab results promptly. I am a complex patient and Dr HC goes above and beyond to answer questions and come up with a treatment plan or refer out to a specialist. My friend has Dr HC also and calls her a magician! If you want a Dr who truly listens , you will be in good hands.
