The office staff are very professional at making you feel like a burden and don't want you there, my son asked me if we could just leave he felt so uncomfortable. I got hung up on twice by a lady that knows everything and won't listen or help with my situation. My son told me he doesn't want to ever go there again!!! They should be embarrassed for making a 12 year child feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed!! The one star is for the one thing that did want to help me..The automatic door
